Hello my beautiful M/Body family.

Thank you for all the support messages and DM's that I have been receiving from you, asking me about my family in Puerto Rico.

If you don't know, now you know that, I'm a proud Puerto Rican living in Florida, for 15 years.

All my family including my mom live in that beautiful island that once again was beaten by Hurricane Fiona. Unfortunately they are reliving what happened 5 years ago with Hurricane Maria.

Physically my family is fine, emotionally I don't think they are okay, but one of the things about us, about Puerto Rico is that it doesn't matter how hard life treats us, we are going to say “estamos bien” (we are fine). They are okay, no power yet… but okay, they have food, water, fans, tv, ice, they have a generator so that’s good. Nothing happened to my mother's house. The hurricane covered the south area where my husband's family live.

That area is very affected with lost of flooded damages!!

I know that this page or community is for talking about wellness but not just wanted to share with you.
