To lessen/remove thoughts and things that cause some discordance maybe by streamlining some routines like: Creating a dedicated workout area in the Garage, make a chore calendar, add more charging stations m move some things around, throw things away (lol, you guys know what I mean)
Would like to strengthen my ability to concentrate and/or mediate (or sit quietly)
Work outs: work on Upper Arm strength / Holding planks longer, Working on getting up from kneeling , keep working on my feet and treating them firmly with care.
Continue to slowly wean down the things I've carried around from living in the same city and state for over 50 years - physical things and emotional things.
