Hey fam, i couldn't make yesterday's strech cause i was working traveling from 6am.to 10 pm. But today i did abs and obliques from tomorrow and finish with that amazing strechs series... I couldn't be at the live either. Its hard sometimes to do a live saturday at 7pm here... specially with sisters opening beers. Hahaha
All good! I miss it today, but monday ill be there for Halloween 🎃!!!
