This energizing M/<60 min experience is an intense, balanced, full body workout that’s adaptable to every level of fitness. The class is meticulously designed by Marnie Alton to give you everything you need for the day in one sweaty hour. You will experience elongating sculpt, uplifting cardio and deep flexibility training. Our focus is form and mindfulness; this accelerates results and creates deep, dynamic strength. Class is done barefoot to improve posture and alignment through your entire kinetic chain. Movements are choreographed to badass beats and light therapy is used to increase harmony and health benefits. No previous dance or barre experience is required.

Class starts right away and was previously recorded on 08/25/20.

Love this class!! Just did it today for throwback Thursday :) plank series toward the end of the workout was so challenging and so rewarding because I tried my best and did what I could. The playlist is so fun and kept me motivated. Such a fun live!!

The class was well balanced and themed as 90s hiphop (I didn't know a lot of the songs haha). I'm proud of myself for completing 4 sets of 8 leg lifts to the side during the booty section, and for doing the whole plank section, which was a challenge! Wonderful abs with the ball. Thank you for the reminders at the end and for the one about how we clean out the closet through this work! Fun to come back to this oldie but goodie!

Lindsey J's comment below is perfectly said! Thank goodness for the 90s Hip Hop playlist to power through this challenging class! Not bouncy, a few jump options in warmup, limited time at the barre, but some serious work happening in this class. A full body class for sure, but a hard core class (truly working your core muscles in a variety of short planks segments with generous stretching in between).

90s Hip Hop class! What a fantastic surprise for my random pic. So fun dancing to Salt N Pepa in wide second. Pushed through some serious burn to find the strength to make it through those side leg lifts. And orange series moves were so rare! What a fun, tough, strengthening, and wrung out in the best possible way, class!

Still perfect. Revisiting all classes in order (or as close to). Favorite is still Too Short natch. A great energetic class with lots of modifications (as always) which I needed today for various reasons. Love to the GFam! Thanks Marnie.
