This class was very challenging for me! Any advice on how to modify for those with weaker hip flexors? I was unable to keep my movements sharp in the 3 sets of the leg life variations.
Note to future self reading the comments - this one is challenging but gives room for growth. Revisit when you need to feel grounded and tune in. Also, Marnie everytime you wear those pants I know you are going to bring some heat. My whole top row of my favourites list is you in these magic pants. xo
Love the choreography in this one! Love that your workouts make my brain work too. Saving this one!
This is one of my fav workouts. I do it with leg weights and the burn afterwards is amazing. More like this for glutes and legs please!!
This class was phenomenal. I’ve never experienced a workout that was so much in flow and parasympathetic. Stretching and cooling down was built right in along with the heat. I could use more focus on the abdominals and keeping them activated more.
I'm coming back to the mat... this was the one I did. Shooo.. I have some work to do! This opened my hips FANTASTICALLY!!!!

I really needed to hear the meditation today. Trust that the unfolding of events is in perfect alignment with what is best for me. What a gorgeous way to start my week.
