Love the goals shared so far! I feel you Leah with the cookies, they are just so good! I started making healthy cookies that make a great post workout snack and also help curb the cravings using bananas, oats and nuts! Not sure if that is helpful at all but all the best with your challenge!
Here my goals for the challenge:
1) 45 workouts in 60 days
2)Be fully present during the work out AKA No checking texts/ work emails
3) Eat a snack with protein right after workout!
