Love the goals shared so far! I feel you Leah with the cookies, they are just so good! I started making healthy cookies that make a great post workout snack and also help curb the cravings using bananas, oats and nuts! Not sure if that is helpful at all but all the best with your challenge! Here my goals for the challenge: 1) 45 workouts in 60 days 2)Be fully present during the work out AKA No checking texts/ work emails 3) Eat a snack with protein right after workout!

Happy Day TWO of the challenge everyone!

Iโ€™m super impressed by the dedicatation everyone has expressed for the challenge. As well as the beautiful words and encouragement many of you have shared!

Every part of me wants to commit to the full 60 days, but part of this season for me is learning to listen and honor my body, and the new life that is being formed inside of it.

So Iโ€™m going to do the 45 day challenge instead and am committed to giving myself lots of grace along the way.

Iโ€™m sure many of you can relate to how being 25 weeks pregnant REALLY makes you aware of your body and itโ€™s needs ๐Ÿ˜‚.

However instead of being discouraged by the changes in energy or size, Iโ€™m so hoping to cultivate an attitude of gratitude during this challenge for my body, and the amazing work it is doing!

Well thatโ€™s my novel for today! ๐Ÿ˜‚
