If you have any hesitations about this class, as I did, step out of your comfort zone and give it a shot! I'm usually nervous when it comes to classes with somewhat unfamiliar feeling props, but this is easily one of my new favorites! It felt empowering, yet so playful and I felt super connected to my mind and body throughout. It felt like the coolest dance and I felt confident and strong! If you are wavering on trying this one, don't!! It is a sneaky favorite!

So fun!!! Loved this one to really help me focus and like a true dancer!! Loved the extra hip movement and freedom during weights....free spirit workout for sure!!

Definitely another fave!!! I loved how sweaty and connected I felt. It really allowed me to feel free but super in tune with my body at the same time. ❤❤
