If you have any hesitations about this class, as I did, step out of your comfort zone and give it a shot! I'm usually nervous when it comes to classes with somewhat unfamiliar feeling props, but this is easily one of my new favorites! It felt empowering, yet so playful and I felt super connected to my mind and body throughout. It felt like the coolest dance and I felt confident and strong! If you are wavering on trying this one, don't!! It is a sneaky favorite!
