This is one of my favorites. Super sweaty, awesome play mix, and nice break from the signature jumps.

Yesterday was so hard, I did a lot of yelling too 😆 Woke up with a sore back and shoulders, but just finished todays workout and it helped loosen things up!

I do the same! On vacation i eat and drink differently. Bringing Marie has made me feel much healthier … even a quick 20 min workout does the trick! …. Happy vaca ladies!
