I also loved the meditation at the end and the reminder that it was a “work-in” vs workout. I love that so much. I’m also carrying the reminder that growth is when you grieve and when you acknowledge the present moment. 💚 I found some of these moves more challenging after a 10K I did. Also lengthening my legs with a flexed foot rotating forwards really used my brain 💥
