Such a great workout, thank you Marnie and your wonderful team! ✨ loving the standing series with the less intensive warm-up flow, I find my energy stays stable enough to finish the session with grace, if that’s the word I’m looking for :) PS. Loved the Orange Sky song xx

Came back to this after so long, and I feel just as I did the first time I did this! Energized and at peace. Having skipped almost a week of exercise, this is a great flow to ease back into focussed movement.

Didn’t ever expect to wake up on a Sunday, wanting to workout! I saw this on Marnie’s IG page, and thought “hmm, I don’t think I’ve done that one...” so here I am, 20 past 10 on a Sunday morning, stretched and joyful 🌈
