Just did this on Easter morning before hosting a crew of almost 20🫣 JUST what I needed! Feel energized and refreshed✨ I LOVE those fun jumps in the middle dance sequence… we watched Titanic for movie night and those jumps gave me real Jack & Rose at the front of the ship vibes 🚢 They’re officially Titanic Jumps in my mind forever now😊 Thanks for always keeping it fun and fresh Marnie & M/body crew🙌 Love y’all😘

Loved this class! It went by super quick and felt incredible ✨ The meditation at the end really resonated with me… my mother in law, who we lost suddenly 7 years ago, would have LOVEF it!!
