Had to do this a few hours late due to new work schedule but it felt WONDERFUL!! Really needed that after traveling and sleeping on an air mattress last weekend😵‍💫

I was gifted a Lululemon mat over 10 years ago and I still use it almost everyday! It’s a bit worn but overall in really good condition!

This pace was everything!! Needed that today after a busy week, not feeling 100% and on my cycle/ lots of lower back pain I& cramps😵‍💫😵‍💫

It’s total eclipse day in Dallas and this was the perfect workout for my travel weary body this morning!! Bring on the light… and darkness😜🌞🌚✨‼️
