I'm joining the 60 day challenge!!!
My intention is to support my mental health and vitality to keep up with the challenges I've faced with my beautiful daughter since giving birth as she has cerebral palsy.
I took a break from M/Body for a while my Spirit moved through this passage into special needs motherhood, but I'm ready to come back to myself in the way that Marnie Alton classes always helps me do! Yihuuuu

Yiiiiihuuu! I took a pause because of my moon, and trying to find that flame again but I know the first step is just to show up, and that's what I'm gonna do!
