I‘ve been wanting to comment for a while. I‘ve lost my cat pancakes the day before christmas and it all happened very fast and unexpectatly. We spent sixteen years together. No matter what happened in life, he was always there, my best friend, who loved me and counted on me, even when I didn‘t. After each class with you he joined me on the mat and we lay there, listening to your end of class meditations. I miss him a lot and today is harder than other days. But I read your beautiful words on instagram and felt a little less alone in my grief and the enormous hole losing a pet can leave. They are the most incredible souls and deserve the whole world ❤️ thank you for sharing so openly and vulnerably.
Another Taylor Swiftt workout would be so cool! :) And a 30/45 full body workout with all the equipment and a 30min arms&abs! Also loved the 20min just abs workout!
