i just got back from a busy 4th of july trip during a stressful/scary period of change and transition. it was just what i needed to feel confident, grounded, and graceful. haven't got my gliders yet but old ballet shoes work as a nice backup :)

Revisited this classic today and it hit me that I've been doing some of these original classes for almost 4 years now😱 watching them feels comfortingly familiar like revisiting an old friend :) I still remember the progression of some of the songs just from the number of times I've done this one 🤣

I requested Truth Hurts by Lizzo for the Women's Empowerment class back in 2021 (one of my all time faves, and you played it!!) and I came to this one kind of ready to miss that song, but here it is again! Amazing class :)

I do 45 min ones after work frequently though and really appreciate how intense they are to pack in the maximum amount of wellness into the time :)

60 minutes are the best! I always feel amazing after completing one. I’d love to see longer ballet-centric videos, because those moves are my favorite
