Hi Carly! I was in a similar situation. Everything Amanda said was how I eased back in. Once I felt a little stronger I started to add the 30 minute classes (taking breaks when necessary) until I was able to do the entire hour without stopping. You’ve got this! Good luck!
Looking forward to this challenge! I caught Covid at the end of July and I’ve been recovering the last few months (bad fatigue and shortness of breath). I’ve hardly been able to work out or even to walk, but I’m finally getting stronger every week. I think this challenge is exactly what is needed to focus and motivate to get back on track. A great way to ease into the holidays. Thank you Marnie and team for putting this one together! Xx
