I’ll be 41 on Sunday. I think this year, I started really focusing on my wellness, mind body and soul. I’m in good therapy, taking anti anxiety meds, move my body every day, try not to drink too much, moisturize my skin A LOT, and try to do something quiet and reflective (for me that’s journaling) every day. Welcome!!!!

i needed this so badly after traveling and time on planes!

Actually my health is better. Bloodwork is normal. BP is down. Cardiovascular health is strong!

Loved loved loved this! Felt like I was actually in the studio w Marnie and GOT IT DONE. (Also, this workout inspired me to treat myself to the pjs!!!)

I had to take almost a full week off due to a strained neck, then missed a couple during a busy week! 22/30 ain’t bad though!

I think power sculpts are my favorite. I combined all my weights so max was 6. I felt strong and powerful!
