Hi Costanza! I have been doing M/BODY for 3 years now and have recently been experimenting with mixing in other workouts. I exclusive did M/BODY workouts for 2 years pretty much everyday and followed this schedule (3-5 days 20-30 mins, 1-2 days 45-60 mins) and it was great but I found myself craving other types of workouts in an in person class setting. I’ve now switched my routine to be 3-4 days of M/BODY classes of any length, 1 day of strength training and 1 day of spin class. It’s been really good for me to mix it up but, I treat M/BODY as my go to for most days :)

I couldn't decide if I wanted a full healing hips class or a floor centric class. Ended up picking this one because so many comments mentioned the great stretch at the end and I'm so happy I did! It made me feel more energized while opening up the tightness I was feeling.

I’ve been on going through all the floor and an centric classes while I take time to allow my knee to heal. This class is a prime example of how something labeled as an focus still engages the entire body. I felt all the shakes and honestly thought I had accidentally picked push ups and planks because there wereTHAT many fire moments throughout!

I’ve been loving combining 2 shorter 20 min classes (only style I’ve been craving more of is an entire low impact sweat class or full body) and doing more of a modular style of workout. If we could have another M<10 prerecorded class for just arms or an update abs one that would be amazing as well. I also second some of the comments about the live times on the weekend, it’s been more difficult to make them now that social activities have started up again!
