I used to always hesitate to do a class with the word “dance” in it, because I find dance choreography very challenging and get too stuck in my brain during it. But this! This was so fun and amazing! The choreography was accessible to me and a great quick workout that I still felt deeply in my body, mind, and soul.

Longest workout I have done in quite a while, and it indeed felt so good to give that time to my body and mind! Such a fun playlist, too.

Happy belated birthday Katelyn!

This workout felt SO good after a few days out of town sleeping in a very uncomfortable bed. And love the poem in the meditation! That ab section… 🔥🔥🔥

I’d love more power sculpts! And I’m probably in the minority on this, but I mostly only do the 20 or 30 minute classes…. 45 at max, both cause shorter classes are my preference and also cause that’s what I’m able to fit in to my schedule. But there’s plenty in the library I can go back and do!
