I usually have to work out in the evening due to work commitments but benefitted from a day off and the opportunity to work out earlier when I find I have a greater range of movement. I found that this recovery flow enabled me to focus on alignment and energised me for the day - a perfect morning workout!

This is a class I always love to return to. I feel strengthened, more aligned and a deep connection to self. The reverence inspired my focus for 2021 ❤️

I have been sweating with M/Body since August 2020. You will be very proud of me as I was too focused to notice Bourbon’s guest appearance when working out and had to rewatch to spot him in the corner.

My favourite part is the sequence of moves on the floor series with the the leg lift and inversion. I also always appreciate the reverence at the end of the workouts x
