YES, MORE PLEASE!!!! The workout was challenging but was so good to try new moves, and I really really love the sequencing! At the beginning, onestly I did not enjoy doing it (as with the chair I had, I could not do the majority of exercises and had to modify at the bar), but at the end I felt so good (so, I think I am ordering on amazon a foldable chair!!)and next day I could feel it ๐Ÿ”ฅ !!

Hi fam! I have a little metatarsalgia as I have tried to exercise without shoes but high impacts barefoot is not a good option for me ๐Ÿ˜†
So I am looking for suggestions for classes that are mainly or all on the mat and not on standing on the feet (I often do fiery floor abs 216) while my feet heals - hopefully in a few days. Many thanks!!!
