Time in nature. Surfing connects me. Any M/Body Signature workout (<60 really does it for me). Time with any fur baby. Breath. Soaking tub time (a true guilty pleasure in CA due to water shortage). And finally my personal goal is to live with integrity, grace, and style.

I got a new fur baby today. Drove 3 hours to pick up this handsome boy named Eddy. He is now my personal pet in training to be a pet therapy for children and veterans. He outweighs me by more than 10 lbs. check out the size of his paws.
