I am wishing you all a Safe and Happy New Year. I have 1 more class left in the catalog and then I will be current…I will have done every class in the catalog by tomorrow so I am celebrating the new year with a fresh spreadsheet (ok, I’m a nerd). Fur Baby Eddy always critiques my workout…But here he is in the local fields the day I adopted him (3/5/2024). Onward Twiggy to your forever home!

My catalog journey continues…306 classes completed, 92 (oldies) to go + all the new weekly ones. I had to slow down because I was more focused on the goal as opposed to the joy of each workout. Enjoying the journey.

Not sure if the beats will work but…I’m Jones’n for some 60’s British Invasion tunes…think Beatles, Kinks, Animals, Hollies, Donovan, Manfred Mann, Procol Harem (A whiter shade of pale for cool down). I guess I’m showing my age? Perhaps this fall we can have a 60’s Brit theme. Hmmmm

Fur Baby Summer Camp…Tomorrow, Eddy, my newest fur baby embarks on his journey to finishing school for service level obedience training. I told him it was summer camp and that he would be playing with the other furry kids and to be a good boy. Hopefully he will come home with an archery badge! I will miss him for the next 4 weeks but will post a photo when he graduates.
