I am thoroughly grateful that you provide 20, 30, 45, and 60 min workouts so I can use the catalog according to my body and schedule for that day (so don’t change that!). Today, I repeated “<45 Lean Legs Sculpt / 116” and I would like to see another lean legs sculpt in the future. I had a lot of favorites but the ones that really hit my body connection are those where we have moments to stretch into the extension and get the most out of the move. I’m really groovin’ on the latest choreography — Really smooth but challenging. <60 Signature / 511 was my most recent “Superb” rating in my spreadsheet. <45 Movement Ball / 513 was my last “Stellar” rating, < 30 Dancer’s Legs / 497 and <30 Healing Hips / 492 earned the “Perfection” rating, and the <20 Flows (nearly all of them) were “WOW” ratings. See? The problem is you have provided so many wonderful workouts in your catalog it was really hard to name the few in this reply. Keep ‘em coming! Thank you, Thank you, and Thanks to your team.

Rye was an added benefit of unconditional love and calm (amid the chaos). This is my all time favorite for the gooey goodness my body desperately needed today. Thank you Marnie and Rye. I am grounded and ready to close out the weekend.

Been gone for a minute (herniated discs in neck)…This was a great place to return. Couldn’t do all the overhead weights, but the cadence of the movement was just what I needed after a 3 month hiatus. New Fav. Thank you Marnie
