Well said Nicole. No one is going to remember …’the lines in your face, the size of your thighs', or any myriad of visual cues. They are going to remember how you treated them and how much gratitude you have for your life. ANTS - Automatic Negative Thought Syndrome has no room in my life. I am all for the natural pesticide for ANTS and  that is examining my life through expression of daily gratitude. I am grateful for the M/Body FAM, Marnie’s staff, and Marnie’s continued love for health and reminding us to live our best life.
