Alyssa, I am so sorry to hear about your cervical spine.  I too have the exact same herniated discs, with no plans for surgery. When I read your description with the tingling, etd. I thought you had been here with me! Like you, I have found ways to manage it. I can perform all of the exercises within M/Body workouts except crunches. I turn to planky stuff for that portion of the workout. I wish you continued healing…Take your time. Do what feels right. Be a good listener to your body and honor it. Most importantly, be good to yourself.

It’s ok to mourn the loss of your loved one’s. Nobody has a secret formula so honor yourself by allowing the moments to play out. Be good to yourself. Know there is suppor all around you. Love and light. Cherish the memories. Eternal hugs for you.

This was recorded in 2026? Maybe? Perhaps the title could use an update to the year? Sorry, I’m a nerd.

That was the ULTIMATE! For whatever reasons, I was completely connected and gaga over this workout. Loved the stretch with my back to the bar. I have no words. Perhaps it was the puppy love that made so much magic for me today. Thank you Marnie.

That was superb. Just what I needed today. Thank you Marnie, staff, & G/Fam. Sending as much love as I have to those in Minneapolis.

Remember my foster/trainee Lady? Guess where she is now? She is officially a full-time morale dog onboard the USS Boxer. I am so proud of her and glad I had the opportunity to ‘know her when’ You can read her story here… https://www.sheltertosoldier.org/morale-dogs/
