I am pretty sure that somebody thinks the mat is for him! At one point I actually got pushed off! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Yesterday I had my private Zoom with Marnie. It was a truly unbelievable experience. And yes I did get emotional meeting Marnie. Having her and all of you in my life this past year has been a real blessing. 2023 has been a tough one and all of you helped me to handle it with sweat, love and grace.
The playlist that Marnie put together for me was awesome! I was singing along and smiling through it all. Don't get me wrong. Marnie truly kicked my butt. During our final plank (the dreaded 4 counts of 8), I barely hung on through the first 3 counts before I dropped to my knees. And what did Marnie do? She restarted the final 8 counting when I got back into proper plank position!!! ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿคฃ I couldn't help but smile and laugh!
Kudos to Katelyn who resolved our technical issues!
Meeting Marnie will definitely be the highlight of this year. Now to meet her IRL!
Have a great holiday season everyone. And if December is a tough month for you, I'm here to listen if you need me ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•

Just wanted to say thank you to Marnie and everyone who gave a shout out to my mom during the live. She was smiling and then, well the picture tells the story.

Hello lovely fam.ย  I just wanted to say thank you for all of the support and positive energy that you have been sending to me and my family as my parents both struggled. I have beautiful news.ย  My mom is doing better and my dad's suffering ended yesterday.ย  He passed very peacefully with my brother , nephew and me holding his hands and telling him how much we love him. He was 89 years old. It has been incredibly difficult but I am at peace knowing that he is no longer trapped in a body that was failing him more and more each day.ย  Love you Dad.ย  Miss you like crazy.ย

P.S. The picture is of the two of us (and my dog Lefty) in the summer of 1979.ย  I was 11 years old.ย  He was 45.

I was away on holidays for a few days and I was surprised by how much I missed you all. So glad to be back on the mat with Marnie ๐Ÿ™‚.
Also asking for some positive energy, peace and strength to be sent my way. Both of my elderly parents are suffering right now. It is so painful to watch ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ’•. Thanks xoxo

Wow! That was amazing. Thanks so much Marnie and G Fam for challenging and inspiring me. Being on this journey with all of you has been truly amazing and a blessing ๐Ÿ’•. I ended up completing 59 of 60 workouts. That included 44 M/body and outdoor cycling too. Since it was my first challenge, I focused on the workouts. Next time I hope to incorporate more of the wellness activities. Congrats to everyone who made it to the mat (no matter how many times). Xo

Today I did Day 16 Grounded Sweat 179 since I missed it. You can't tell in the picture, but the (full sized) towel is also soaked! And no I do not workout outdoors. I have the AC on and a fan blowing on me! ๐Ÿ˜› When Marnie says sweat, I take it seriously!

Love to all. ๐Ÿ˜

Hello loving fam. Just reaching out here asking for some emotional/mental support. Got really bad news about 2 special people in my life. Adding that to what I'm already carrying is really dragging me down. Thanks for listening.

P. S. Day 10 Standing Sculpt 200 really helped. I feel lighter. Marnie sure knows how to work magic ๐ŸŒŸ
