Wow!!! Stunning. I feel your pain regarding the exchange rate.  The Canadian dollar is also horrid against the US one. I am close to retirement and need to plan financially but I just can't give up on my physical or mental health either.

I would love to try to challenge myself. 60 and 45 minute workouts are really only possible for me on the weekends but I will try!
