Thanks so much Becca. We moved my dad into hospice care today. I am physically and emotionally exhausted but I made it to the mat because I knew that seeing Marnie's smiling face would make me feel better (she did not disappoint)

I am definitely trying.  I just finished Ballet Sculpt and Stretch 168.  It is one of my all time faves.  At the end of it, sitting so peacefully with Marnie, the tears started to flow.  Very cleansing.  I needed that 😪🤧
