Pretty sure I can credit this workout style for making me a stronger paddler. I can stand up and balance for longer, my arms are propelling me further and faster and I can be on my knees for longer without the strain getting to me. Hereโ€™s a couple of buddies I saw today! ๐Ÿ“ Oakville ON Canada
