This year my husband and I sold our home and moved across the country. These days have been full of change, loss, growth and blessings. I’ve learned the importance of bravery when faced with uncomfortable situations. This chapter has reminded me how precious life is and that gratitude is a gift. M/BODY has been a constant during a massive shift. If anyone is going through change, I hope you have the courage to start it all over again and choose the life you deserve 🪐👋🏻💜
