Cheers to all during endings, beginnings, and rerouting of this wild time.
Summer of Strong was my third M/BODY Challenge- and I moved classes around, substituted, and didnโ€™t complete the #s I set for myself:
goal: at least 45 classes and all 60 wellness activities
vs.
reality: 38 classes and 54 wellness activities

Itโ€™s been such a busy, transitional time. My takeaways are I feel better and do better when I get to the mat more consistently (any time of day or evening/night); the numerous benefits of sleep make it worth the effort to prioritize; I am inspired to find my new rythym of re-committing to consistency with my new schedule.
