Iโ€™ve struggled with lower back pain for several years now and it seems to make things worse when Iโ€™m not as active or using my lower back muscles enough. Leg raises and hip raises seem to make things better in my experience. Which classes do you recommend that uses a lot of lower back? Thank you in advance!
