Hi fam! Been at this m/body thing for a minute but never posted here so not quite sure if this is the correct forum or not. Please forgive my ignorance....But wondering if anyone has any tips for strengthening ankles. I have been doing barre and barefoot work for 15 years or so but in the last year my ankles have become weak. Lunges are a real struggle as my back ankle always starts screaming at me. Any tips y'all could share would be greatly appreciated!
