Hey Fam, hello Marnie and team M/body.
I geeting back to a routine of exercise at least 5 times a week. And i noticed that depends where i am on my cycle my energy changes a lot and some classes feel better than others. Would be possible to have like a quick guide on what types of classes fits us better during our periods, pms, ovulation and so on? Or is that too complex and I should figure it out for myself? It's just an idea, but since this Fam is full of us, I thought I could be useful. Also Marnie seems to know so much about hormones, that I tought that will be something that she could totally help us.
Anyways, I would like to know your thoughts and feelings about that.
