Hi fam! Wahoo for another challenge. Playing catch up and sharing my goals and mindset.. I want to do each of these with grace for days that feel tougher. Our summer is very busy, which makes a challenge difficult (the same for many of you). So I decided to have two goals that felt achievable, with one that seems harder. Early morning workouts are the tough one, but Iโ€™m going to try!

3 Goals:

  1. early morning weekday workouts

  2. 45 days

  3. 3 liters of water a day, an easy one.
