Hi fam! Wahoo for another challenge. Playing catch up and sharing my goals and mindset.. I want to do each of these with grace for days that feel tougher. Our summer is very busy, which makes a challenge difficult (the same for many of you). So I decided to have two goals that felt achievable, with one that seems harder. Early morning workouts are the tough one, but Iโm going to try!
