There’s a lot of talk about what’s possible in 2023 & I love that…that being said, it’s just as important (if not more) is to be reminded of all the ways you are already AMAZING!!! Today’s bonus activity is all about acknowledging and celebrating the unique loveliness that is YOU right now. Write down 3 things (at least) that make you wonderful on a post-it and put it in a place you can see every single day. I attached a pic to this post as inspo. Today’s LIVE class gave me life! I loved being back on the mat with all of you so much!!! Can’t wait for our next one on Saturday. Hope to ‘see’ you there!
