coming on to commit to the challenge! This will be my first challenge since I became pregnant with my first child (who's now a toddler!). My goals are:ย 

  • 5x weekly workouts

  • 1x 45 or 60 minute class per weekย 

  • join one live (which I also haven't done since giving birth!)
