Hi Stephanie! I used barre socks (ToeSox brand) when I worked out at a studio, in pre-pandemic times, however I have not used them at home. That said, when on the mat, they would not make a noticeable difference, but on my floors, it would help to have some extra grip. If that is what you are looking for, I say try them. :)

60 min classes using all equipment are my favorite! Would also be great to incorporate a very large ball sometimes, it helps work abbs when doind stand-up work. :)
