Great suggestions, thanks I will go with that one tomorrow! And the water. I am not in a bad pain (I did take that ibuprofein though 😄)... but as I learn more about my cycle I am experimenting with which workouts work best for each phase and its kind of interesting!

Simona, 43 is still amazing, it equals to 5 workouts a week! I did 40 but aim to do the same as you and complete it in my own time - we got this 😊

I did 40 out of 60 and its a big improvement since last challenge! This has been wonderful honestly and Ive surprised myself by looking forward to the weights part...? And not shying away from push ups and jumps! The fact that modifications are always an option gives such a feeling of permission, which is grounding, and ends up making space for improvement!

The wellness activities also really spoke to me and in addition to what I wrote last time I actually went for it and cut my hair short! Been wanting to do it for years. Goodbye pandemic stress hair and medicine induced weight, you dont serve me anymore, bye 😊

Its been a joy following all of you along the journey of moving into spring and more light and warmth day by day... looking forward to the next challenge!
