I come back to this class time and time again just for the intentions at the end. So powerful, especially after a class that is so challenging. This one is special to me.

I was imagining @MollyMandell on the mat next to me singin' her lil heart out ❤️ a great class that brings you right back to the basics! And great to practice form, as @danicapuano pointed out. 10/10 would recommend !

My toes fall asleep sometimes when doing releve or standing barre work! I have no solution but can relate lol

The first time I did this class it felt extremely unaccessible to me, and I walked away from it feeling defeated and a little disappointed in myself. I thought "that was way too fast, I can never do that," among 100 other negative things. It's SO cool to revisit it now a year later (after actively avoiding it) to realize that not only did I do it, I LOVED the pace and felt so strong the whole way through. Progress not perfection, the truest thing.
