Mary-Ellen Romano  it is not. It is 37 inches and I am 5’1 and I dont have a problem. It also folds so it can be slid under a bed for storage which was key for me.

30 and sometimes 45. 60 is usually too long for me with 3 kids 😔

It’s only when I work out, I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong for it to be that uncomfortable. Could just be I’m very out out shape 🤣

Any advice or tips on wrist pain, I pretty much die when we do floor sets because my wrist hurt so bad. 😫 Now I’m dreading the next live lol
