This is a beautiful class. I'm a day ahead on the challenge (I wanted something extra after floor core!) and I'll be doing this class again tomorrow. 30-minute classes often get lost in my M/Body shuffle but this class is great reminder of the beauty of 30 minutes. I feel super strong and super graceful. Adding to my faves! XO

I love this class so much! It makes me feel so powerful and strong. The weighted punches and super cool high/low arm workout is challenging and fun. I smiled alot during this workout. Officially an M/Body fave! xo
