Rebecca - me too. I do it at Barre - or I found that I can do most plank-like positions on my forearms! Have you tried that?

My sacrum craves this baby!!! I must do this 1x a week. This is also my favorite โ€œI dont have time to workoutโ€ workout - so I end up doing it way more! LOVE this.

Iโ€™ love 60 min classes but to be completely honest I go back and back to the 20min classes because I can get them in between work calls. Eaarlier on Saturday would be good too.ย 

I need sweat!, standing sculpt on core with ballet moves and sacrum openers!ย

Sacrum focused class - getting those smaller muscles activated in the low body and back with controlled movements. SOmetimes my SI goes out from a simple back leg lift :( This goes hand in hand with hips - but just a slightly different focus. I have been doing the 10min low body workout from 2020 as PT daily - its the only workout that keeps my SI in alignment but I could use a new one!!
