Hi! I like 30 and 20 minute classes with the latter focussed on a particular body part of movement. I like to create unique combinations which match my mood and goals. I also would love more 10 minute classes; they are convenient. Thanks!

Thanks so much! I find that a short term challenge is easier for my schedule and my anxiety. Regarding the latter, I work hard to not let the future blight my present. If a challenge is short term then I am focussed on the classes rather than counting the days and fretting if I miss a day. Thanks!

Suggestion

Hi Marnie! I enjoyed the 10 day challenge. Can we do more mini challenges and each one is focussed on an element, eg back strength, clarity of thought through movement… etc. Thanks, Meena
