Hi! On the first board we were asked to post our superpower. Mine is discipline. Each day I look at my calendar in which I track exercise and I am reminded of what I can do on a consistent basis.

Hi! Today, I was quite naughty. I went to town on the remaining Rockets in the office candy basket. Guess who ended the day with a vicious headache? I usually eat well, ie no candy, staying away from the chips, and I feel great. I suspect that since I overindulged in pure sugar, I paid for it. Sigh. Anyone else ever experience this? Is this what kids experience after eating excessive amounts of candy?

Hi! One of the challenges on the first board was to make a self care appointment. As I type this post I am getting an overdue pedicure. My feet take a pounding between walking, barre and hot yoga. I am happy that I am able to treat my tootsies to some TLC. 🦶🏽

Hi! What is today’s class? I saw IRL video drop and on the platform I did not see a video with this name. Thanks! Meena

Hi! I have an anxiety disorder. Today, I started counselling again to learn new tools to challenge my never and always thoughts. Anxiety, like weight, is a health management issue, and counselling is like a mind exercise. I encourage anyone who has this disorder to try counselling; it can help you see your world differently.

Hi! I can’t believe I did class 227 after a long day at work. I was convinced that I could not do it… I learned that a lot of like is mind over matter.

Hi! I just ate some Crispers because I consider them to be crackers in the Goldfish category of crackers. I am not touching chips, ie above chip but certainly not on par with Carr’s. I recall that there was a debate if a Crisper is a cracker or a chip. Any comments, please? I feel kind of bad eating Crispers because they may be technically chips and avoiding chips was my goal. Thanks.

Hi! I order to save on costs, I am using my agenda to do the writing exercises featured in the challenge. Aside from saving on a diary, I always know where I keep my agenda and the entries integrate the challenge into my schedule. I hope that this suggestion helps other people.

Hi! Last night I was sitting on the sofa, reading a book. My feet did not fall asleep. I got up and then had to sit again because the part of my foot which starts at the bottom of the shin and reaches to the part that bends (corner of the L shape) hurt. It was like they were clenched and it was unbearable to stand. I tried to do some stretches and it was excruciating. Has this happened to you? Thanks!
