Congratulations, Megan!! So excited for you!!! I love all the ballet barre, barre stretch, barre sculpt classes while pregnant. Those classes seem to have lots of hip mobility moves and feel incredible while pregnant, also not much modification is needed. Let me know if you have any questions, I did m/body throughout both of my pregnancies and it kept me strong, didn't have much swelling or discomfort either! 💕
