Hi Jess! Hope you had a great summer yourself as we transition seasons. My one thing I’d like to share is that I dealt with a ton of change as I moved from Houston back to Austin and started going back to work in the office part time. It was difficult for me to adjust to expending social energy in person again and I often felt drained afterwards. My new focus is to make sure I’m taking care of myself, either through M/BODY or through rest as we enter fall and inevitably the holiday season.
