I just finished The Paper Palace and Apples Never Fall! Both were great but, the paper palace is heavy so wanted to give a warning about that. Next up on my list is The Sever Husbands of Evelyn Hugo!

I haven't done this class in months and I'm so glad I decided to pick it this morning! It's amazing how we can always be challenged to have a beginners mindset even after 3 years of m/body practice.

Congrats on the new job Leah, wishing you the best of luck with the transition 😊 as someone who has been basically 90% remote I reccomend making sure you get up and get outside! I find that there’s multiple days in a row where I just don’t leave my house and it’s scary when I realize it. Definitely prioritize getting in those walks where you can or taking calls while you’re on walks if possible!

Hi Kendall! I have the lululemon 5 mm mat and I love it. I’ve had it since 2019 and it’s held up to many hot yoga and M/BODY classes.

I picked this class today 4/24/23 because of your comment! I'm also recovering from a cold and wanted something with an easy flow. I feel so much better now than I did at the beginning of the class.

I can't believe after 3 years on this platform, I have never done this class. I was partial to the original M<30 stretch flow but this one is so so lovely. I'll be adding this into my rotation for sure!

He is such a cutie, look at that full head of hair! So glad to hear you’re recovering and he’s happy and healthy.

I picked this class because of your comment! I am also on my period and felt so low energy yet restless and this class did the trick.

Hi Costanza! I have been doing M/BODY for 3 years now and have recently been experimenting with mixing in other workouts. I exclusive did M/BODY workouts for 2 years pretty much everyday and followed this schedule (3-5 days 20-30 mins, 1-2 days 45-60 mins) and it was great but I found myself craving other types of workouts in an in person class setting. I’ve now switched my routine to be 3-4 days of M/BODY classes of any length, 1 day of strength training and 1 day of spin class. It’s been really good for me to mix it up but, I treat M/BODY as my go to for most days :)
