I see I commented how much I love this one a year ago… the feelings remain the same. I actually got pretty emotional doing this one today after nearly 3 years of mbody. “Thank you” will never be enough to express my gratitude for this movement, this fam, for Marnie + Danni and all the beautiful souls who have made this online platform work so beautifully… but I’ll continue to say it — THANK YOU 🤍🫶🥹

Catching up on a missed day of the new 60 day challenge. I always love when these oldies are included in the challenges to really get back to the basics of mbody ❣️It really is incredible how challenging these OG classes remain. It never gets easier, but we get + feel stronger which is so beautiful and badass 💪🏼
